§ 1. General provisions

 

The privacy policy and the use of cookies on the website www.amtpolska.pl (hereinafter: "Policy") was created and adopted by AMT Dystrybucja Marek Polewka Sp.J.

Providing your personal data may be a contractual obligation or a condition for concluding a contract. Also for accounting or tax reasons, the administrator has a legal obligation to process your data, which means that in this case providing data is a statutory requirement.
